Through her work with the National Association of REALTORS®, Aydee Kozak has developed key relationships with hundreds of speakers, invaluable hands-on experience, and an intuitive understanding of the real estate industry and the inner workings of REALTOR® associations.
In addition to curriculum design and leadership development programming, Aydee was responsible for planning and executing the successful annual Association Executives Institute, a four-day educational and networking event for approximately 1,000 association executives and managers. Aydee’s dedication and commitment to leadership and professional development is evident in many successful programs that she planned. In 1997, the AE Institute won the award for Excellence in Education from the American Society of Association Executives. She also planned numerous leadership conferences and seminars across the country.
Other educational and program planners have constantly sought Aydee's advice and assistance in program planning and identifying speakers. In 1999, Aydee earned her certificate in Association Management from the Institutes of Organization Management sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She has completed courses in Instructional Design and Adult Learning from Loyola University in Chicago.
